A bright, botanical selection of four hand-rolled rope incenses for resetting the atmosphere of your space.

The Ritual

Light Refresh in the morning, after tidying your home, before guests arrive or whenever the room could use a fresh start.

You may reach for it when:
You want your space to feel clearer, brighter and renewed.

What Is Included

  • Juniper: Crisp, woody and botanical.
  • Camphor: Distinctively fresh, bringing a clean aromatic lift.
  • Stone Apple: Soft and gently fresh, balancing sharper notes.
  • Marigold: Floral and vibrant, adding warmth and brightness.
  • Dhoop stand: Designed for vertical or horizontal rope incense burning.

How to Use

  • Take 1 or 2 rope incense at a time.
  • Light the tip, gently blow out the flame and allow the incense to smoulder.
  • Burn vertically on our incense holder for approximately 30 minutes, or lay it horizontally for a slower burn of approximately one hour.
  • Burn times are approximate and may vary.

A Little Care Goes a Long Way

  • Always burn with ventilation and pop a window open.
  • Never leave burning incense unattended. Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials.
  • Incense produces smoke. People with asthma, respiratory conditions or sensitivities to smoke or fragrance should use additional caution and may wish to avoid burning incense.

Why Our Incense

Our rope incense is made by Phool Prasad, a women-led business in Nepal that repurposes flowers used in temple offerings. Rather than becoming waste, the flowers are transformed into incense and hand-rolled by women.

House of Himalayas works with makers and businesses whose products reflect craftsmanship, thoughtful use of materials and opportunities for women in Nepal.
