Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01.05.2025 onwards

At House of Himalayas, we take pride in the craftsmanship and care behind every item we deliver. If something isn't quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unused and in its original condition

  • Is in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached

  • Has not been washed, worn, or altered

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards


How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@houseofhimalayas.com.au with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason.

  2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
