What Is Included
- Marigold: Bright and floral, bringing warmth to the blend.
- Anthopogon: Woody and herbal, with a distinctive Himalayan character.
- Camphor: Crisp and aromatic, adding freshness and contrast.
- Juniper: Botanical and outdoorsy, rounding out the collection.
-
Dhoop stand: Designed for vertical or horizontal rope incense burning.
How to Use
- Take 1 or 2 rope incense at a time.
- Light the tip, blow out the flame and allow the rope to smoulder.
- Burn vertically on our incense holder for approximately 30 minutes, or lay it horizontally for a slower burn of approximately one hour.
- Burn times are approximate and may vary.
A Little Care Goes a Long Way
- Pop a window open and burn in a well-ventilated room.
- Never leave burning incense unattended. Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials.
- Incense produces smoke. People with asthma, respiratory conditions or sensitivities to smoke or fragrance should use additional caution and may wish to avoid burning incense.
Why Our Incense
Our rope incense comes from Phool Prasad, a women-led business in Nepal that transforms flowers from temple offerings into incense. The flowers are repurposed rather than discarded, then prepared and hand-rolled by women.
For House of Himalayas, it reflects the kind of products we want to share: rooted in place, thoughtfully made and connected to meaningful livelihoods.
