Made for

A thoughtful gift for Dashain visits, family gatherings, hosts, parents, siblings, friends and loved ones celebrating in Australia.

It also works beautifully as a festive thank-you gift, a housewarming gift during the Dashain season, or a meaningful gift for someone who appreciates handmade products from Nepal.

Made in Nepal, with meaning

The handcrafted pieces in this box come from makers and small enterprises in Nepal whose work keeps traditional skills relevant through beautifully made products for everyday life.

The Lokta paper goods celebrate Nepal's handmade papermaking tradition. The incense is made by a women-led enterprise that creates employment opportunities for women and gives discarded temple flowers a second life. Other pieces in our collections are created by artists and artisans whose work carries forward regional craft traditions through contemporary design.

At House of Himalayas, we are passionate about bringing high-quality handmade products from Nepal to Australian homes, while supporting women artisans, women-led businesses and makers whose skill deserves to be seen, valued and sustained.

A Dashain gift made with craft, care and purpose.
